Job summary

Frasers Property Limited seeks a dedicated Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee site supervision and quality assurance for high-end residential developments in Singapore. The role requires on-site presence and close coordination with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in relevant engineering, RTO certification with BCA, and at least 5 years of hands-on supervision experience, including mixed-use or integrated projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or equivalent.
• RTO certification registered with BCA under the Accreditation Framework.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant site supervision experience in residential construction.
• Prior experience in mixed-use or integrated projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Able to identify construction risks and recommend solutions promptly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time site supervision and inspection of all architectural, structural, and MEP works.
• Ensure workmanship and materials meet contract drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report construction progress, ensuring timelines are met.
• Identify discrepancies or non-conformance and report to the QP and contractor.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and EHS requirements.
• Assist in QA/QC plans on-site.
