Job summary

ELECO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a on-site engineering supervisor to oversee technical and engineering matters on projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients and sub-contractors, monitor progress, and ensure documentation and compliance align with contractual requirements.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, organisational ability, and proactive communication. Short-notice start is possible, and prior experience may be considered for education and experience levels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organised, meticulous with a positive work attitude.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills; BCSS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensuring works carried out meet company quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Involved in project planning, monitoring progress and schedule.
• Coordinate with client and sub-contractors to provide technical and non-technical resolutions with documentation.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure supervisors and foremen meet client regulatory work requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
