Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a junior Project Engineer for a water treatment project in Tampines. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in utilities and offers a 24-month contract with potential extension or conversion to permanent employment.

Location is on-site in Tampines with 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. Start date is ASAP with prioritisation for candidates available immediately or with ≤4 weeks notice. Benefits include annual bonus, leave, and private medical and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in relevant engineering or relevant industry.
• High energy level and self-starter.
• Google Suite proficiency and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical aspects of VWTS Project Design for large-scale projects.
• Participate in resolution of Product Department technical issues during a project.
• Coordinate project technical documentation including PPE and client/partner documents.
• Contribute to risk assessment of technical aspects and implement risk mitigation.
• Support HQ technical teams for construction, start-up and commissioning.
• Engage in necessary project processes and provide feedback to proposal group.
• Assign resources to projects while meeting budget and timelines.
• Execute design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using engineering principles.
