Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams within construction projects.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and site compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills to track progress and document results.
• Effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues on-site.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Provide engineering solutions and support during construction works.
• Track project progress and update management on work status.
• Ensure that works are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure works meet required standards.
• Report and rectify any defects or non-conformities.
• Prepare reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Ensure all project-related documents are properly filed and updated.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
• Participate in risk assessments and tool-box meetings.
