DFC RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating and overseeing Mechanical & Electrical works for construction projects on-site, liaising with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers, and ensuring all works meet schedule, quality and safety standards. You will review M&E shop drawings, method statements and material submissions, attend site meetings, and prepare progress reports and

Qualifications

Experience in M&E coordination (2–3 years)
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Familiar with Singapore codes and regulations
Able to read and interpret M&E drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and on-site

Responsibilities

Coordinate M&E works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers on project matters.
Review M&E shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out as per schedule, quality and safety standards.
Attend site meetings, coordinate and resolve technical issues on site.
Prepare progress reports, documentation and as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and authority requirements.
