The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tri-Comp Solutions Pte Ltd as an On-Site IT Engineer. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide high-quality IT support and maintenance services at client locations across Singapore. Your expertise and dedication will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for a range of hardware and software issues.

• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.

• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues promptly

• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance

• Document all IT-related activities and maintain detailed records

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management as required

• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
