Smiths Detection Asia Pacific seeks a Field Service Technician to join the Service team. The role involves on-site installation, training, repair and maintenance of equipment at customer locations, ensuring timely service and high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of troubleshooting and field repair experience, plus a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic, IT, Hydraulics or Air-conditioning systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent technical training in Electrical/ Electronic, IT, Hydraulics and Air-conditioning Systems.
• 2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, train, repair and maintain equipment to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Review and support the Shift Lead on equipment issues and performance for customer reports.
• Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, on-site and in writing.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and minimize costs where possible.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
