Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to install, test and commission new equipment at customers' sites in Singapore.

You will perform assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrading and preventive maintenance. The role requires hands-on 2+ years in equipment servicing, ability to work independently, travel on short notice, and willingness to work outside normal hours to meet service deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair.
• Able to travel on short notice for customer service.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when required to meet service deadlines.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission new equipment at customers' sites.
• Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrading and preventive maintenance.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
• Provide professional and timely technical support and maintain good customer service.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
