Job summary

IDE SECURITY & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned BMS Testing & Commissioning Supervisor to lead on-site BMS T&C activities for ACMV projects. You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS controls, sensors, relays and panels, ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering, 3–7 years of project experience, and BCSS or equivalent safety certification. Expect SGD 4,000–4,500 monthly, with standard Mon-Sat hours.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline.
3 –7 years of relevant project experience.
Strong experience in BMS Testing & Commissioning.
Hands-on knowledge of sensors, relays, BMS control panels, wiring and troubleshooting.
Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Daikin BMS systems.
Good knowledge of VAVs, dampers, thermostats, flow meters and ACMV controls.
Familiar with BACnet and Modbus protocols.
Able to handle technical documentation, drawings and T&C submissions.
BCSS / relevant Safety Supervisor or Coordinator certification is compulsory.
Able to supervise and coordinate on-site BMS T&C activities.
