Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a lift technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on lifts. You will handle parts replacement, load testing and scheduled servicing while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, and a valid Singapore driving licence. Own vehicle/motorbike is preferred. Compensation includes a monthly salary with a variable bonus and performance incentive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of lift maintenance or related technical experience.
• Hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting, parts replacement and minor repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, parts replacement, load testing and minor repair works on lifts.
• Attend to assigned lift maintenance and servicing works according to schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical requirements.
• Support service operations in maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Attend to emergency service calls after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
