Develop and implement data management strategies for standard Common Data Model, vocabulary/ontology, mapping tools, methods and documentation (HDR UK CaRROT mapper).
Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across datasets to ensure data mapping accuracies and completeness.
Perform advanced analytics atop the OMOP Common Data Model for population-level analyses and data visualizations (ATLAS, Strategus).

Requirement:

A Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
Good programming skills (Python, R) and database knowledge (PostgreSQL).
Knowledge/experience on OHDSI OMOP framework and regulatory data submissions.
Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
