Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Head of Omnichannel for SEAA, reporting to the Director, FBP SEAA. The role shapes integrated distribution and channel strategy across Local Markets and Travel Retail, spanning physical and digital touchpoints to reach clients.

You will identify growth opportunities, evolve distribution models, and align priorities with Global FBP and Travel Retail to drive sustainable performance and client value.

Responsibilities

• Shape SEAA omnichannel and distribution & retail network strategy mid-term plan, translating global ambition into regional roadmap.
• Define distinctive roles of each channel to strengthen brand equity and client experience.
• Assess distribution models, identify white spaces and risks, build business cases for new channels and growth opportunities.
• Align markets and enabling functions around prioritized priorities, investments and sequencing.
• Establish a regional performance framework for channel effectiveness, client experience and investment impact.
• Benchmark performance across markets, translate insights into action, scale best practices across SEAA.
