Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that shipments and stock deliveries are secure and complete, match goods received to description on documents and report any discrepancies to the management
  • Responsible for customers’ online purchases, transfers, returns transactions and follow-through
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customers’ online purchases
  • Provide home/ hotel deliveries when required
  • Distribute goods to appropriate department
  • Maintain the back stock area of the stores and ensure supply levels are adequate for packaging and boxes by performing weekly instore stock take
  • Process all sales transactions according to company’s regulations when accepting forms of payment
  • To be updated on returns, markdowns and discount, tax, security, and packaging policies
  • Ensure that the cash wrap area and sales floor are always neat and tidy
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of standard supplies such as packaging and stationaries and assist with various promotional mailing projects
  • Responsible for the uniforms, laundry, facilities management and ordering of supplies
  • Fold and straighten merchandise
  • Replenish stock on the selling floor as needed
  • Liaise and provide support to other departments based on store needs
  • Any adhoc operations duties as assigned such as operations meetings and customized orders

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays, based on store’s roster
