Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Kitchen Apprentice to support daily food preparation and production in our Orchard/Raffles Place venue. You will assist chefs, maintain quality standards, and ensure proper food safety and cleanliness across the workspace.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to 3,500 per month with 5 working days and 9-hour shifts; training will be provided to help you develop essential culinary skills and knowledge for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept)
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
