Job summary

Mun Siong Engineering is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee routine upkeep of oil and gas equipment, including exchangers, pumps and vessels. You will perform repairs, troubleshooting, and on-site inspections to keep critical assets operating safely.

Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams, you will document activities, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety

Qualifications

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on oil and gas equipment (Exchanger, Pump, Vessel, etc…)
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to operations personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and provide detailed reports to management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve equipment issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.
