Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor in Tuas, Singapore. You will lead the fabrication team, ensure HS&E compliance, and drive LEAN and 6S initiatives to improve efficiency. Strong welding supervision skills across FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW and SMAW are essential.

Role involves reviewing WPS, coordinating with departments, and ensuring production schedules are met. Overtime may be required; transport is provided. Monday–Friday, on site in Tuas.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in metalworking and fabrication.
• Hands-on welding supervision in FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW and SMAW.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, DNV and API standards.
• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Production, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering preferred.
• Upstream oil and gas industry experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
• Maintain the 6S programme across workshop and storage areas.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the Fabrication team.
• Lead LEAN initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor fabrication operations and ensure work orders meet schedules.
• Review WPS before work and coordinate with welders and fitters.
• Select welding procedures and evaluate repairs for conformance.
• Review drawings and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Participate in audits of third-party fabrication contractors.
• Investigate NCRs and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Ensure calibration of inspection equipment and welding machines.
• Review routing and estimate completion times; manage overtime and leave.
