Job summary

BW Offshore Ltd is seeking an Operations and Start Up Interface Manager to guide startup readiness and handover activities for offshore assets.

The role requires coordinating engineering input, developing start-up plans, and ensuring readiness with the OIM and FPSO team. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process/Mechanical Engineering and FPSO startup experience are essential; a Master’s degree is advantageous. Strong communication and startup discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Demonstrable Experience in FPSO Start up and Stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Project engineering support: provides operational input into detailed engineering design and safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, HRA, WERA).
• Start-up design readiness: develops the Initial Start-Up Plan with resourcing, materials, services, and equipment estimates.
• Operational readiness building blocks: supports operating procedures, performance standards, and verification schemes.
