Overview
Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is looking to expand its offshore businesses by recruiting Relationship Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW clients across offshore markets, including North Asia, Southeast Asia, Non-Resident Indian and Rest of World, with a strong focus on relationship building and client retention.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals and strategic business development initiatives tailored to the assigned market segment.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists to design and implement tailored investment, wealth management and bancassurance solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in your region.
- Stay updated on financial markets, regulatory changes and economic trends impacting offshore banking clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering personalized service, conducting regular portfolio reviews and maintaining proactive communication in culturally relevant ways.
- Provide timely insights and recommendations based on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client engagement and business development activities.
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore banking is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing HNW relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions and bancassurance.
- Fluency in relevant languages for your market segment is advantageous.
