Job summary

DNV Group in Singapore seeks an engineer with a strong academic record, preferably a master’s degree, in Naval Architecture or Structural Engineering for offshore structures in Renewables and Energy markets. You will join a large, multinational team to analyze in-place and marine operation scenarios, including float-over projects, and develop expertise in static/dynamic, fatigue, and nonlinear analysis.

You will also build programming skills for Digital Twin services and contribute to tender

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Naval Architecture or Structural Engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
• Experience with static and dynamic analysis, fatigue, and nonlinear analysis.
• Ability to develop and use FEM models and first-principles models.
• Willingness to develop programming skills for Digitalisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strength and fatigue assessment of floating structures, stability, hydrodynamics, floatover operations, moorings and riser systems.
• Deliver single work packages and manage smaller projects independently; communicate with clients worldwide.
• Prepare accurate technical reports and support senior engineers with tenders and proposals.
• Attend meetings and deliver presentations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
