Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Sales Engineer based in Vision Exchange, Jurong East. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial skills to drive growth in the offshore and marine industry.

This role involves understanding customers' needs, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales support. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in engineering.

The position offers up to $4,000 basic salary plus a variable bonus, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a sales engineer in the offshore/marine industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
• Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams for customer satisfaction.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales.
