Job summary

CALIBER8 PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Cost Controller for an FPSO project in Singapore, with rotation between Singapore and the project shipyard in China.

You will lead cost control systems, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial performance stays within approved limits. Key responsibilities include cost coding, variance analysis, and collaboration with procurement on contracting terms.

Qualifications

• Strong cost control and budgeting knowledge.
• Ability to analyse financial data across project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a project cost control system.
• Maintain cost coding structures and WBS alignment with finance.
• Prepare budgets and monitor commitments, variances, and forecasts.
• Review procurement terms and support contract negotiations for cost optimisation.
• Design cost monitoring dashboards and provide real-time visibility to project teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts with the finance team.
• Support project close-out with financial summaries and reconciliations.
