We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Securities & Derivative Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 1 – C09) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Order placement of mutual funds & alternative investments products with fund administrators.
• Transfer instructions placement for Alternative Investment products with fund administrators.
• Perform matching and settlement processing upon receipt of trade confirmations.
• Investigate and resolve settlement and transfer issues.
• Answer queries from Marketing relating to settlement and transfer instructions.
• Assist team to work with Product Managers, Legal and Fund Administrators for account opening matters.
• Perform daily and monthly control activities on cash & position reconciliation.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Banking and Finance.
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft skills and Macros.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance.
