Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

· Perform issuance of work orders for assignments to Operations

· Liaise with sales on quotations and deployment information

· Liaise with Operations for submission of returned work orders

· Ensure billing of invoices for clients on advance payment terms

· Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for timely billing of assignments

· Any other tasks assigned by management

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

· Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent

· Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel

· Familiar with ACCPAC would be an advantage

· Strong work ethics including attention to detail, meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude

· Effective team player and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

· A proactive person with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
