The Opportunity


We are seeking a dedicated Officer - Customer Service to join our customer service team. You will be part of a highly customer-centric team, attending to client needs to achieve high customer satisfaction. In this dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, learn, and apply new skills essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales support by delivering high-quality customer service, including responding to queries, attending to needs, and replenishing refreshments.
  • Use our in-house system to update booking appointments for servicing and repairs.
  • Process job orders and ensure effective communication between customers and the workshop.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and issues, following up as needed.
  • Maintain records of security passes to ensure proper collection of serviced vehicles.
  • Manage cashiering duties, including recording daily payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive customer service attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office; meticulous with details and numbers.
  • A strong commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or local dialects is advantageous for liaising with Chinese-speaking associates.
