  • Support with presentation content.
  • Help to oversee move preparation and delivery.
  • Write meeting minutes.
  • Be present on-site during move days to provide support.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Downtown

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data management tasks and ensure is accurate.
  • Coordinate with FM team to verify and update space data.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meeting with internal team and external vendor.
  • Manage data record and documentations.
  • Support with presentation content.
  • Help to overseeing Move preparation and delivery.
  • Write meeting minutes.
  • Be present on-site during move days to provide support. Move conduct after office hours or on weekend.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
