  • Role: Admin Executive
    Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm / Alternate Saturday 9 am -2pm
    Location: Boon Lay Tradehub, Singapore [ West ]
    Salary: $2600 to $3200 + Bonus

Company Profile:

  1. Selling and promoting after death memorial products to customers.
  2. Provide memorial marble plaque, keepsake jewelry, porcelain photo and Italy memorial plaque design

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 3 Admin Assistant
  • Must be strong enough to arrange and coordinate work schedule as will be the main operational support for the company
  • The admin team must be able to understand the whole company operation and process seamlessly to internal department so that instruction is clear and deliver to customer memorial plaques and other services
  • Beside handling admin operational work, admin must also be able to handle group chats and also liaise w customers on arranging schedule and also handling their complaints
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
  • Generating delivery order, receipts and sales invoices
  • Checking incoming payment and payment due
  • Co-ordinating with customers on appointments
  • Managing schedules for daily installation for operation team
