About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Operation Admin to join our client in Kallang Central Region s[ecialise in Printing Industries. As a fulltime employee, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and smooth running of our operations. With your exceptional administrative skills, you will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Salary Range: UP to $2500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Location: Kallang (Near MRT Station)

Working Hour: 9.00AM – 6.00PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the operations team

  • Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing

  • Answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues

  • Maintaining and organising office supplies and inventory

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow

  • Performing any other administrative tasks as required

Job Requirement

  • 1 - 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in operation function

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

  • Ability to work well independently
