Republic Polytechnic is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Procurement and Admin. You will oversee procurement processes, ensure compliance, and manage budgets. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and proficiency in electronic procurement tools.

What you will be working on:
Provide guidance and advice to users on end-to end procurement process from sourcing, raising of requirement specifications to vetting of Quotation/Tender documents submitted by department’s teams, contract management to closing of Purchase Orders in accordance with RP policies and guidelines
Streamline and collaborate with users to conduct independent review of work processes and systems and recommend possible improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
Manage OSG’s goods receipts and ensure compliance of users to meet prompt payment targets
Consolidate and assess departments' budget requirements, including month-end and year-end closing activities
What we are looking for:
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in government procurement practices/processes
Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently as well as a team player
Able to adopt a collaborative approach with both internal and external stakeholders
Possess excellent written, verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the use of electronic procurement systems (e.g. GeBIZ and Cumulus/Workday) and familiarity with digitalisation tools (e.g. Microsoft Suites such as Power Apps and Power Automate) will be an added advantage
