Office Manager Singapore & Workplace Experience Asia
Principal Responsibilities
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office i.e. Reception services & Business support
Manage office facilities, including maintenance, events, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Workplace Experience:
Lead and manage workplace experience projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and employee needs
Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the APAC workplace experience and embed operational efficiency & effectiveness
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office operations including Business Continuity Planning & emergency readiness
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage office capacity planning, seat allocation, office renovation, and expansion projects
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Travel Support:
Oversee Travel operations for Singapore
Collaborate with Business Support team to improve the travel experience
Develop strategies & implement actions to increase efficiency in the travel process.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor administrative staff
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment at both a local & regional level through workplace experience projects
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Qualifications Required
Experience:
Proven track record of managing workplace experiences or service experiences in a related field
Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
Must have experience in leading teams including leading projects across a matrix structure
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Qualities:
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to think critically
