Your Role
As our Office Manager, you will be the operational engine of our regional office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining financial and organizational excellence. Your leadership will directly impact our team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure office is clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Attend to guests
- Troubleshoot emergencies, Interact with the Property management company for all office related issues
- Receive all incoming calls on the office general line number, letters, packages and file them properly or forward them to appropriate destination
- Monitor and log office expenses and costs
- Manage all vendor invoices including timely payments, manage relationship with the external vendors
- Administer the e-leave and e-claim system
- Coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, coordinating logistics for visiting global management
- Liaise with travel management companies to coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements and hotel reservations for domestic and international trips; application for visas;
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space and phones / computers / meeting rooms / office stationery, including co-ordination of strategic initiatives such as Windows migrations, office restacks etc.)
- Other ad hoc administrative support associated with team changes, on-boarding and off-boarding
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Administration or related
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience s an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and as a team player when needed
