As an Office Manager - AMEA Snacks, you will be responsible for...

  • Taking charge of financial wizardry by skill fully managing budgets and expenses, ensuring every penny is wisely invested
  • Building strong partnerships with vendors and service providers, ensuring top-notch service and competitive pricing
  • Cultivating a vibrant and collaborative office culture, fostering an environment where everyone thrives
  • Tackling tech challenges head-on, providing basic IT support or coordinating with specialists to keep our systems running smoothly

What you already have...

  • A minimum of five years' in Office Management focused on office operations, administration as well as employee engagement driven by townhalls, monthly events and celebrations
  • We’re looking for someone who is a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for fost ering office engagement and a vibrant approach to daily responsibilities
  • Experience in working for a similar sized and fast paced organisation is ideal
