Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, manage supplies, coordinate meetings, and handle general inquiries.

  • Finance Support: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and perform essential financial cross-checks to ensure accuracy.

  • Human Resources: Oversee HR administration, including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, assisting with payroll coordination, and supporting HR policies.
