Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, manage supplies, coordinate meetings, and handle general inquiries.
Finance Support: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and perform essential financial cross-checks to ensure accuracy.
Human Resources: Oversee HR administration, including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, assisting with payroll coordination, and supporting HR policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office management, administrative, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
