Job description

Westside Emergency is a 24/7 veterinary hospital located in the Serangoon Gardens estate in central Singapore. Established in 2018, we provide round-the-clock veterinary care to pets in Singapore. We are looking for a part-time office manager to help with administrative and book-keeping tasks.


Job duties:

  • Book-keeping : maintaining incoming and outgoing accounting records on Xero
  • Facilities management : troubleshooting breakdown of facility equipment or M&E services, liasing with vendors to repair and maintain building and equipment.
  • Human Resource : assist with onboarding of staff, application/renewal of work passes, payroll and reimbursements processing, staff leave tracking

Job description:

  • Part-time hours: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm
  • Work location: 86 Serangoon Garden Way, S(555982)
  • salary range: $2500-3000/month depending on experience

Job requirements:

  • experience with Xero accounting software
  • IT savvy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office excel, outlook, word
  • Good organization skills, detailed and meticulous
  • Must not be scared/allergic to animals/pets
