Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, stock management, picking and packing, and inventory control in our Singapore facility. The role requires forklift licence, ability to stand long hours, and willingness to OT when needed.

You will operate RF scanners and system terminals, follow SOPs and EHS guidelines, and maintain clean, safe packing stations and aisles in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence; Work at Height Certificate preferred.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work OT when needed.
• Able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and part numbers, and record discrepancies.
• Stock Management & Binning: Transfer, store, and bin materials using licensed equipment.
• Picking and Packing: Pull, sort, and pack customer orders; apply proper shipping labels; use RF scanners.
• Inventory Control & Auditing: Perform regular stock counts and reconcile stock levels in SAP/WM or internal tools.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow SOPs and EHS guidelines; perform quality checks.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse, packing stations, and aisles clean and organized.

Job description

Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm (+$5) / 2:30pm to 10:30pm (+$15) / 10:30pm to 7:30am (+$28)

Key Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, part numbers, and quality against delivery orders, while recording any discrepancies.
• Stock Management & Binning: Transfer, put away, and bin materials into designated warehouse storage locations, using material handling equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (where licensed).
• Picking and Packing: Pull, sort, and assemble customer orders from inventory, pack items securely using RF scanners or system terminals, and apply proper shipping labels.
• Inventory Control & Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock levels in warehouse management systems (such as SAP/WM or internal tracking tools).
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Perform quality and defect checks using company standards (e.g., LDS/DISS systems), follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adhere strictly to workplace safety and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse, packing stations, and aisles clean, organized, and safe.
