A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Singapore to handle inbound receiving, stock placement, picking, packing, and shipment labeling in a fast-paced environment.

You will use RF scanners and ERP systems, perform cycle counts, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain clean, organized storage areas. A valid forklift license is required; training can be provided for other duties.

Qualifikationen

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against delivery orders.
• Bin materials and store them in designated locations.
• Pull, sort, and pack customer orders with RF scanners.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock levels in the system.
• Uphold safety, quality checks, and SOP adherence.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas.

Aufgaben

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, part numbers, and quality against delivery orders, while recording any discrepancies.
• Stock Management & Binning: Transfer, put away, and bin materials into designated warehouse storage locations, using material handling equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (where licensed).
• Picking and Packing: Pull, sort, and assemble customer orders from inventory, pack items securely using RF scanners or system terminals, and apply proper shipping labels.
• Inventory Control & Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock levels in warehouse management systems (such as SAP/WM or internal tracking tools).
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Perform quality and defect checks using company standards (e.g., LDS/DISS systems), follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adhere strictly to workplace safety and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse, packing stations, and aisles clean, organized, and safe.

• Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm (+$5)
• 2:30pm to 10:30pm (+$15)
• 10:30pm to 7:30am (+$28)
