A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Singapore to operate and set up automated or semi-automated equipment across production lines. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to work overtime, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities include assembling components, performing quality checks with precision gauges, maintaining line health, and logging production data in SAP. Adherence to safety standards and 5S workplace organization is essential.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate automated or semi-automated production lines.
• Assemble and process electrical components in a rotating sequence across stations.
• Perform first-piece and routine quality checks using gauges and SPC tools.
• Carry out routine line maintenance and report major downtime.
• Enter production data and track orders in SAP.
• Follow Safety First protocols including LOTO and 5S practices.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm (+$5) / 2:30pm to 10:30pm (+$15) / 10:30pm to 7:30am (+$28)

Core Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, run, and adjust automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment, production lines, or specialized furnaces.
• Assembly & Processing: Rivet, install working parts, assemble, and pack electrical components (e.g., single-pole or QO-style electrical breakers) in a systematic rotation across workstations.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Perform first-piece and ongoing quality checks using precision gauges, measure parts, and utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) software or digital lean systems to track performance.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Conduct routine line maintenance, perform on-line minor repairs, and report major equipment failures or downtime to supervisors.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Complete order transactions, log production data, and update records using enterprise systems like SAP.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow strict Safety First protocols, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and 5S workplace organization standards.
