Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and training to support integration.
  • Handle work passes, visas, and employee records for local and foreign staff.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HQ HR on payroll, benefits, and employee matters.
  • Manage partnerships with HR agencies and headhunters.
  • Oversee daily accounting, reimbursements, payments, and bank transactions.
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure tax compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Handle office establishment, registration, and statutory filings.
  • Manage office leasing, facilities, supplies, and administrative operations.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and reception activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, finance, or administration; or 2 years in the financial industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore labor laws, tax policies, and company registration/operations.
  • Familiar with local HR market, recruitment channels, and HRIS systems; proficient in QuickBooks/Xero and MS Office.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability in a start-up environment.
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
