Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientation and training to support integration.
- Handle work passes, visas, and employee records for local and foreign staff.
- Ensure HR operations comply with Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
- Coordinate with HQ HR on payroll, benefits, and employee matters.
- Manage partnerships with HR agencies and headhunters.
- Oversee daily accounting, reimbursements, payments, and bank transactions.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure tax compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Handle office establishment, registration, and statutory filings.
- Manage office leasing, facilities, supplies, and administrative operations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and reception activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, finance, or administration; or 2 years in the financial industry.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore labor laws, tax policies, and company registration/operations.
- Familiar with local HR market, recruitment channels, and HRIS systems; proficient in QuickBooks/Xero and MS Office.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability in a start-up environment.
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
