We are seeking a skilled Office Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our office facilities in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in facilities management, building systems maintenance, and workplace operations. You will ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain office facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee office space planning, moves, and workplace improvements.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
  • Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Science or related field.
