Job Description & Requirements

  1. Office Support: Provide support to Management and Admin Department.
  2. Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the organization or department.
  3. Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings for management.
  4. Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating data in various systems and databases.
  5. Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents.
  6. Travel Arrangements: Booking travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
  7. Miscellaneous: Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of administrative experience
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
