Office Support:
Provide support to Management and Admin Department.
Communication:
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the organization or department.
Scheduling:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings for management.
Data Entry:
Accurately entering and updating data in various systems and databases.
Record-Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents.
Travel Arrangements:
Booking travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
Miscellaneous:
Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
