Our client is Japanese MNC, and they are one of the market leaders in factory automation industry, and they are currently looking for GA Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

This role involves a range of administrative tasks, facility coordination, and general support to internal teams.

Candidates with basic IT troubleshooting skills will be highly regarded, as this will help support simple technical issues within the office environment.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff onboarding, and general office activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support administrative processes including procurement, invoicing, and asset tracking
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting such as printer setup, software installation, and user support (is a plus but not mandatory)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in general administration or office management preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in IT troubleshooting is a plus (e.g., handling common PC/printer/network issues)
