Job description

Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and manage payments for administrative invoices.
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors for facility and property management, and update maintenance contracts.
  • Assist in organizing company activities, including team-building events and corporate functions.
  • Manage office supplies, corporate mobile phones, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities for effective engagement with stakeholders and external parties.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
