Sr. Admin and Facilities
The job responsibilities can include, but may not be restricted to:
- Liaison with Society office and Govt services for facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain office equipment, stationary, and pantry supplies.
- Handle inward and outward couriers, and outdoor duties (post office, bank).
- Provide administrative support for efficient office operations.
- Respond to digital queries and correspondence.
- Draft and edit documents, letters, maintain databases, contracts, and spreadsheets.
- Manage AMC vendors and service providers.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance.
- Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain a positive and professional organizational image.
- Conduct daily surveillance of the office to ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed well.
- Supervise all housekeeping staff.
- Manage pantry operations.
- Assist HR in organizing events and candidate management.

- Data management and accurate record-keeping.

- Time management, multitasking, and flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Department: Admin
- Qualification: Graduate, PG (Candidates with LLB, LLM degrees or experience in law firms would be preferred)
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location Preference: Candidates within a 5-mile radius of Prabhadevi
