Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining employee records (physical and digital).
  2. Making travel arrangements as required.
  3. Organizing, storing, and printing office documents.
  4. Overseeing maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  5. Ordering office supplies, researching deals and suppliers.
  6. Tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders.
  7. Maintaining vendor contact lists.
  8. Managing employee attendance records.
  9. Reporting directly to the MD.
