Job scope

The Role & Your Impact

As an Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting both new employees and senior management. Your contributions will directly impact team productivity and workplace efficiency. Assist with new employee recruitment, onboarding, and provide ongoing support to senior management.

  • Process reimbursement and statutory expense claims.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office, including meetings and supply inventories.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure the maintenance and smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Perform document management and data entry to keep the office organized.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
