Job Title: Office Administrator

TUCSEN SINGAPORE PTE.LTD is hiring a full-time Office Administrator in Jurong East, Singapore. Apply now to join our team!

Job Summary:

  • Flexible working hours available
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month

Note: The position requires daily communication with colleagues at our headquarters in Chinese.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily facility operations and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Manage furniture, supplies, and equipment
  • Support HR duties such as onboarding and offboarding of employees/contractors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing documentation for customs clearance and coordinating with shipping companies for timely delivery
  • Manage manufacturing equipment, tools, and inventories
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates
