Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily clerical tasks, including drafting, modifying, and filing documents;
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and assist with departmental work;
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain office orderliness;
  • Manage and maintain company archives, ensuring document accuracy and completeness;
  • Assist the department manager with data entry, organization, and statistics;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above, with a preference for majors in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and basic internet operations;
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit, with attention to detail and patience;
  • Responsible and capable of working under pressure;
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred;
  • Stable personality, good appearance, strong service orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
