Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage office supplies, handle communication, and assist with HR tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in administration or construction, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration or a relevant role.
  • Basic knowledge of construction.
  • Competent in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Procure office supplies and maintain equipment.
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and documents.
  • Assist visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets for workers.
  • Prepare purchase and receipt vouchers.
  • Liaise with accountant to prepare documents.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, repairs, etc.
  • Attend to all incoming/outgoing mail and courier of documents.
  • Receive visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
  • General HR administrative work.
  • Prepare Worker Salary sheet monthly.
  • Prepare company Purchase& Receipt Vouchers.
  • Liaise with accountant in preparing relative documents.
  • Other relative tasks from the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
  • Basic knowledge of construction.
  • At least a Diploma in admin or construction.
  • Competent in MS office, excel.
  • Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
