An established industry player is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to manage payroll and HR tasks. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Maintain office equipment and supplies.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Answer phones and emails.
Manage travel arrangements.
Purchase office supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
Diploma holder.
Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in payroll processing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
