Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.
  2. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  4. Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach.
  5. Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.
  6. Maintain office equipment and supplies.
  7. Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  8. Answer phones and emails.
  9. Manage travel arrangements.
  10. Develop and implement office procedures.
  11. Purchase office supplies and equipment.
  12. Coordinate with other departments and vendors.
  13. Provide HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview scheduling, HR projects/events planning, etc.

Requirements

  1. Diploma holder.
  2. Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in payroll processing.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
