Job summary

A leading provider of Electrical & Automation Solutions in Singapore is seeking an Office Admin/Accounts to manage administrative tasks and customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail. Experience in the Marine, Oil and Gas industries is preferred but not essential. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin/Accounts located in Singapore. The position will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing accounts, communication, customer service, and office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Administrative assistance, Office Administration, invoicing sales account and Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Experience with office day to day operation on customer enquiry, service support and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in the Marine, Oil and Gas industries is a plus but not essential
